Bloom Lactation is not liable for errors, omissions, or outcomes from using our website, advice, or products. Users should verify information independently and seek qualified advice if actions could carry personal or professional risks.

Consultations

• Location: In clients home or clinic (East Melbourne). 

• Hours: Monday–Thurs, 08:00–16:00. Text or email support outside hours may be replied to at our discretion. This is not an urgent medical service.

• Cancellations:

  • 48 hours: no charge

  • 24–48 hours: rebook free; if not rebooked, 50% of fee payable

  • <24 hours: full fee applies
     

• Payment:

• Virtual consultations: full payment at booking

• Face-to-face: minimum 50% deposit at booking; full payment due at the end
   

Products & Services

• Product availability may be limited. Colours may vary depending on your monitor.

• We may limit or refuse sales at our discretion.

• Product and service details may change without notice.
   

Digital Products:

• Refunds only apply for faulty products, per Australian Consumer Law.

• Detailed descriptions and outcomes are provided. Consumers are responsible for checking suitability before purchase.

• Bloom Lactation is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and cannot certify consumers, but certificates may contribute to continuing professional development (CPD).
   

Returns & Refunds

• Valid for 28 days from purchase.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

• Gift certificates and online courses are non-refundable.

• Damaged, opened, or late returns will not be refunded.

• Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer; tracking is recommended.
   

Shipping

• Orders posted within 3–5 business days. Transit times vary by courier and location.

• Shipping costs are collected at checkout.

• Tracking links, if provided, will allow you to monitor your shipment.

• We do not currently ship internationally.

• GST is included in all prices.

• Lost or damaged parcels will be refunded or replaced once the courier completes their investigation.
   

Liability

Bloom Lactation is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or any damages arising from use of our website, services, products, or linked third-party sites.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes must be submitted to the courts of Victoria.
